As a digital enthusiast, you draw on years of digital business experience to advise clients and come up with high-level business opportunities. You’re always one step ahead in exploring the technologies and opportunities that will help clients achieve more. You exercise high-level vision on your accounts while maintaining a close relationship with the Mirego implementation teams. You firmly believe that digital products are an opportunity to meet needs, to make lives easier, or better yet, to improve the world we live in.
  • Develop a high-level vision of your accounts: master your clients’ industry characteristics, understand their technological environment from top to bottom, know their team members, be aware of their challenges, and help them build an actionable digital vision, providing sound advice and recommending appropriate Mirego service offerings and activities.
  • Connect clients to the Mirego people and service offerings you see fit (e.g., recommend a strategy consultation to the client reaching a creative plateau or missing clearly defined KPIs; suggest back-end development services to the one who hasn’t yet retained Mirego for this purpose, etc.). 
  • Maintain a close relationship with Mirego's development teams, communicate your development vision and technological choices.
  • Participate in team follow-up meetings relating to the accounts you manage so you can check progression and catch any potential issues whether emanating from the client or your team. 
  • Be hands-on when needed, providing Mirego's design and implementation teams with tactical support as they execute programs.
  • Draft briefs for your client’s new projects and contribute to estimating the work that will be required (costings) for the Mirego team to bring them to completion.
  • Ensure the rentability of Mirego accounts, appropriately scaling the billing rate and protecting the effective billing rate.
  • Negotiate work agreements with clients, ensuring that documents and contracts are signed, facilitate discussions relating to payment issues.
  • Experience creating digital products and managing client accounts in a professional service setting.
  • Hands-on experience in most of the following areas: product management, customer relations, Scrum, budget management, data analysis, mobile, web, design, user experience, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
  • A consistent and keen interest in technology, knowledge of industry best practices, awareness of the latest trends and the right way and time to adopt them.
  • French and English proficiency.
  • Vision and an ability to communicate your passion to clients and team.
  • Curiosity and a deep interest in the technological platforms used in web and mobile products, understanding their specificities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
