As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Mirego, you are a key ingredient in ensuring that what we deliver to clients is of the utmost quality.

Throughout the development cycles, you are there to make sure that the product evolves without bugs or anomalies and it is YOUR seal of quality that we are looking for at the end of every cycle, especially when it comes to live deployments. You know how to earn the trust of the development team by your knowledge of the product, attention to detail and your willingness to make sure that the product is better for your involvement.

You possess great aptitudes in finding flaws in a product and offer valuable solutions. You are able to put yourself in the skin of a user and as a result can offer ideas to improve their experience. Simply put, you want to improve the quality of life of the people that will use our products.

Every day, you work directly on products that make a real difference in people’s lives in a variety of ways:
  • Inform and entertain via the Bell Fibe TV apps and the TV5Unis apps.
  • Fuel the passion of hockey fans via the Montréal Canadiens app.
  • Rethink grocery shopping via the Sobeys/IGA apps.
  • Provide 24/7 access to a doctor via the Olive telemedicine app.
  • Plan and simplify snowmobile outings via BRP’s BRP GO! app.
  • Facilitate the search and discovery of wines and spirits via the SAQ app.
  • Provide a regional news service via CN2i/Omerlo’s digital newspaper ecosystem.
  • Build the pharmacy of tomorrow via the Familiprix ecosystem.
    • You create, structure and put in execution test plans throughout the development of our digital products.
    • You find the issues with the digital products and document them with proper steps to reproduce.
    • You are in constant communication with the developers on your team and are not afraid to challenge them.
    • You know how to manage priorities and have excellent time management.
    • You like to work on more than one project at a time.
    • You love to understand the ins and outs of a product in order to be able to produce better test plans and better testing.
    • You need to be comfortable in French since we have a predominantly French speaking work environment.
    • It brings you great pleasure to adapt to change and different contexts.
    • You have a high level of interest in technology generally speaking.
    • You have a desire to help create high quality products and services.
    • You are proactive, honest and creative.
    • You are well organized and are a good team player.
    • You possess good interpersonal communication skills.
