Digital Strategist

As a digital strategist at Mirego, you enjoy exploring your client’s business environment to understand their specific issues. You collect quantitative and qualitative data, which you then transform into insights. You know which questions to ask, and using your exceptional listening skills, perceive the subtleties in each answer. You can leverage your digital expertise and experience to imagine and advise your clients on solutions that will help them achieve their goals. Concretely, you support other strategy team members as well as product owners with project analysis and design, meet with clients, and contribute to their digital action plan. You track web site and app performance, recommending tangible solutions for meeting objectives more efficiently.

  • Inform and entertain via the Bell Fibe TV apps and the TV5Unis apps.
  • Fuel the passion of hockey fans via the Montréal Canadiens app.
  • Rethink grocery shopping via the Sobeys/IGA apps.
  • Provide 24/7 access to a doctor via the Olive telemedicine app.
  • Plan and simplify snowmobile outings via BRP’s BRP GO! app.
  • Facilitate the search and discovery of wines and spirits via the SAQ app.
  • Provide a regional news service via CN2i/Omerlo’s digital newspaper ecosystem.
  • Build the pharmacy of tomorrow via the Familiprix ecosystem.
    • Contribute to diagnosing the strategic needs of clients and developing an action plan.
    • Support the team with analyzing the client’s market.
    • Drive various research projects such as competition analysis, performance monitoring and user interviews.
    • Make strategic recommendations to achieve objectives.
    • Contribute to strategic and creative thinking.
    • Support the product owner in product design.
    • Support production teams on various strategy-related tasks.
    • Interact with clients.
    • An unstoppable desire to learn and an infinite passion for digital products.
    • Experience in digital product management, strategy, or market research.
    • Proactivity and initiative, ability to make and action a plan. 
    • Rigor.
    • An excellent ability to synthesize and vulgarize information.
    • Creativity (an asset!).
    • Ability to build trust-based relationships.
    • Discretion and a commitment to confidentiality.
    • Experience with web and mobile analytics tools.
    • A disposition to traveling in and out of Quebec, catching a train or a plane to meet with Mirego’s national clients.
    • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
